Project Manager

📍 Remote-first | 💼 Full-time

As we scale our solution and product and engineering team, we’re looking for a  Project Manager to bring clarity, coordination, and momentum to our efforts.

As our  first Project Manager , you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everyone aligned, on time, and on track. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear visibility across all moving parts.

You’ll take ownership over:

📅 Planning & Roadmapping

• Coordinate and maintain product and project roadmaps
• Support Product Managers in turning strategy into actionable plans
• Anticipate and flag dependencies, risks, and resource needs

📈 Tracking & Execution

• Keep projects on schedule and stakeholders informed
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure accountability
• Set up light-weight processes and rituals that foster team progress

🤝 Communication & Alignment

• Act as the bridge between Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Make sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction
• Report directly to the CTO, keeping leadership in the loop

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in software project management
• Are familiar with tools like  GitHub ,  Notion , and  agile practices
• Are a  natural coordinator with an eye for both detail and the big picture
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments
• Are proactive, structured, and a bit obsessed with progress
• Are fluent in English ;  Dutch or French is a plus
