IT Support Specialist (ITSS) – VIP Support Location: Brussels, Belgium
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant
Work Mode: Fully Onsite (No Remote Work)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (ITSS) to join a high-level
VIP support team within a prestigious institutional environment in Brussels.
This role requires a strong service mindset, professionalism, discretion, and the
ability to operate in a politically sensitive and high-visibility context. The consultant
will provide first and second-line IT support to end users, including VIP stakeholders,
ensuring premium service quality and rapid issue resolution.
Profile requirements:
Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (1st & 2nd line)
Strong Windows & Microsoft Office knowledge
ITIL V4 Foundation (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
Fluent English & French.
Comfortable working in a high-visibility VIP institutional environment
