Your Mission

Respace is looking for a Communication & Content Intern to support the promotion of its activities across Events, Offices, Art & Culture, and Food Experience. Specialized in temporary use of spaces, with a strong focus on events, we are seeking a future intern with solid visual creation skills to support the team on production, communication, and content-related missions.

What You’ll Do

• Participation in drafting and monitoring editorial calendars.
• Creation of visual content for social media and communication materials.
• Operational management of social media channels and monitoring trends.
• Copywriting (posts, newsletters, short-form content).
• Designing and updating presentations (Keynote), brochures, and sales materials.
• Occasional coordination with creative and marketing teams.
• Support on specific graphic projects (signage, printed materials, special formats).

Who You Are

• Student in communication, marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent skills in Canva and Figma.
• Comfortable with Keynote and other presentation tools.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, proactive, and energetic.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks, from execution to creative thinking.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with a good level of English.
