Tasks
Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
Lead Customer interviews/workshops to gather and redact functional specifications and requirements
Create Gap analysis for specific requests
Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
Prepare test plans and scenarios
Change Management for some specific projects which may include preparing and performing user training
Generating user documentation with our tools
Project Management such as managing project scope and communicating project status with customer stakeholders
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Qualifications
At least 3 years experience working as a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus
D365 CE certifications is a plus
Fluent in English as well as either Dutch/Flemish or French
