RentMore is the specialist in renting out energy-efficient new-build apartments in Brussels. To keep our properties in top condition, we have our own technical service team that carries out quick and efficient repairs. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 
versatile technician
 with a hands-on mentality.

Your role as an Allround Technician

At RentMore, we ensure that our international tenants can enjoy their apartments worry-free. You play a key role in this by quickly and efficiently solving technical issues and small repairs. Your tasks include:

• Replacing lamps, light fixtures, switches, fuses, and minor electrical work
• Repairing leaking taps, connecting and replacing pipes
• Painting and touch-ups, sealing
• Unclogging sinks and drains
• General maintenance and minor repairs

Who are we looking for?

You are a handy and versatile technician with a broad basic knowledge of maintenance work such as plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. Additionally:

• Do you have knowledge of electricity and plumbing? That's definitely an advantage
• You are customer-friendly and service-oriented
• You work independently and take initiative
• You have a category B driver's license
• You speak French (English and/or Dutch is a plus, but not required)
