Functional Analyst Supply Chain

We're looking for a freelance Functional Analyst to join a corporate client of ours in the food division, located in the Brussels area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major project focusing on the complete modernization of business sites across multiple locations, enhancing both processes and systems. Your work will truly make an impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs related to business processes, work methods, IT systems, food safety, and traceability.
• Evaluate the current situation, engage with end-users and process owners, and provide expert solutions.
• Conduct analyses to uncover both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and test new systems and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to ensure stakeholders and end-users can implement solutions effectively.
• Provide advisory and guidance during implementation, acting as a key resource throughout the process.
• Participate in support operations, handling incoming incidents, particularly complex cases.

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a production or supply chain environment
• Experience in food production is a significant advantage
• Functional knowledge of ERP and MES systems
• Experience with ERP implementation projects
• Strong soft skills and the ability to challenge ideas when necessary
• Fluency in English
