Information Technology Coordinator

The Rauwers group is a distributor of smart solutions active in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Germany with a network of over 500 workshops. Our solutions aim to improve mobility and solve urban challenges through on-street parking management, digitized parking policy enforcement, and dynamic traffic management with sensing technologies. We also focus on increasing road safety with equipment for emergency vehicles, alcohol interlocks, and influencing driver behaviors through big data.

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Coordinator. The Information Technology Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network administration tasks, and analyzing system performance. Daily tasks include resolving technical incidents, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring network security.

• Analytical Skills for system performance analysis and problem-solving
• Information Technology knowledge including hardware and software expertise
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Network Administration experience including configuration and maintenance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with IT systems in a corporate environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
