Cyber Security Consultant

Are you an experienced cybersecurity specialist with a passion for creating secure digital interactions? At Randstad Digital (as a partner of Thales), we're looking for a driven Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our team. You'll work on challenging projects for various clients, helping companies and governments secure their digital identities and data. You'll make a direct contribution to building trust in billions of digital interactions worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting audits and consulting services in the field of cybersecurity (architecture reviews, compliance with best practices, etc.).
• Performing risk assessments.
• Defining cybersecurity governance strategies, processes, and security policies for both internal and external clients.
• Providing advice and recommendations for improving the security level.
• Implementing security methods and processes to perform security risk analyses.
• Contributing to the integration of security standards and providing expertise in the implementation of cybersecurity projects.
• Analyzing the functional and technical needs of our clients to provide them with an overview of security solutions tailored to their needs.
• Verifying compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies, and guidelines related to cybersecurity and information risk management (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27000, Privacy).
• Supporting the development of appropriate and proportionate documentation to inform risk management decisions in clear and meaningful language.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master's degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school or university in IT or a related field, with significant experience in IT and security.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and a keen business sense.
• You are methodical and autonomous in your approach.
• You are a motivated leader, ready to engage and develop your team by promoting collaboration and stimulating approaches.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, are customer-focused, and willing to travel regularly.
• You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing (Dutch and English).
• You are flexible, proactive, and stress-resistant.
• You are meticulous and have an eye for detail.
• You are familiar with the main risk analysis methods (e.g., EBIOS, ISO 27005), regulatory constraints (e.g., LPM, NIS, GDPR, II 901, IGI 1300), and security standards (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST, ANSSI).
• You are capable of identifying, analyzing, and assessing cybersecurity and information risks.
• You have knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions.
• You have experience in database administration (mainly Oracle, MySQL, and MS SQL).
• You can demonstrate your knowledge and experience in programming (Java, C++, .NET, SQL, XML).
• You are comfortable with IT security.
• You have basic knowledge of cryptography and security, including PKI, digital signatures, encryption, certificates, HSM, and cryptographic APIs (PKCS#11, OpenSSL, etc.).
