Together with our Talent Acquisition team, you will do your utmost to match the client’s open requests with our digital talent. You’ll help to understand more about what’s possible in this time of digital transformation. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the client’s priorities and aligning them with our talent services and solutions.
The clients/senior leadership will know you as the ‘voice and partner of Randstad Digital’ as you will manage the overall account planning.
To enhance customer engagement and satisfaction you will ensure a robust after-sales process.

This also helps you to deal with stressful situations.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
