We are looking for Operators to join a leader in automotive sensors.

Would you like to join a team of 20 operators and technicians, ensuring that high-quality electronics make it safely into cars all over the world?

Your tasks

• Test microchips at various temperatures
• Set up and operate high-tech testing machines
• Detect process deviations and perform quality checks
• Troubleshoot minor technical errors

Expectations

• Language: Fluent in English (Dutch is not required for this role)
• Location: Reside in West or East Flanders, Belgium
• Transport: Must have a valid driving license and your own car (the site is difficult to reach by public transport)
• Education: Secondary education degree (A2) or equivalent experience
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and good knowledge of PC (MS Office is a plus)
• Flexibility: Interested in working night shifts (21:00–05:00) or 2 shifts (05:00–13:00 / 13:00-21:00
