Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR for a Sponsor Principal (Executive Director) within the Investment Banking Department at RaiseSun Group (formerly known as Winsome Group). The Sponsor Principal will lead and manage sponsorship projects, including IPOs and other fundraising transactions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities will include overseeing due diligence processes, preparing proposals and prospectuses, liaising with regulators and stakeholders, and managing client relationships. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members and contributing to strategic decision-making within the department.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance
Experience with Regulatory Compliance, Due Diligence, and Risk Management
Skills in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making
Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Management abilities
Advanced knowledge and experience working with IPOs and sponsorship projects, preferably in the Hong Kong and Greater China region
Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including clients, regulators, and internal teams
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) considered a plus
Past experience working with recognized financial institutions or reputable investment banks is an advantage
