Co-Founder CTO/Tech Lead

Rainbow Rebels is a pioneering AI-powered QR technology company, dedicated to creating scannable experiences through artistic QR designs combined with a proprietary SaaS QR management platform.

We turn Out-of-Home, Print and (Connected) TV ads - or any offline brand touchpoint - into digital funnels.

Current focus is on the Advertising/Media sector and the Funeral/Remembrance sector (via our Forever Connected brand).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder CTO/Tech Lead with work-from-home flexibility. As the Co-Founder CTO/Tech Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the technology strategy and vision of the company, overseeing the development and implementation of our AI-powered QR platform, and leading the future tech team. You will drive product innovation, and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure. You will also play a key role in developing strategic partnerships as our solution can be integrated into AdTech /media platforms.

🧠 Who you are

• Full-stack software developer (bonus: experience with AI tools & APIs)
• Familiar with ad tech, martech, or media platforms
• Strategic thinker with product instincts
• Bonus: A network in advertising/media, especially in OOH or TV
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and SaaS platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in startup environments or fast-growing tech companies is a plus
