Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing executive administrative and personal assistance, managing schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting the daily operations of senior executives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating communications with external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, such as supporting high-level executives and assisting with both professional and personal tasks. Proficiency in Communication, including effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with diverse stakeholders. Strong skills in Diary Management and Clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence and documentation. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently prioritize and manage competing tasks. Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office and other office software is an advantage. Previous experience in providing assistance in a corporate or professional environment is a plus.
