Data Coordinator/Manager - Utilities - Ghent Area

We are looking for an medior Data Coordinator to support a large-scale data migration program. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to ensure smooth planning, execution, and reporting across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a business-oriented mindset, but can translate technical requirements amongst stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement the data migration plan.
• Manage dashboards tracking cleaning & validation status.
• Coordinate between Data Cleaning Team, Validation Committee & Governance Board.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting across assets.
• Support test teams with migration and QA checks.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders (strategic, operational, and detailed levels).

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in data coordination, management or ownership.
• Fluent Dutch speaker, working onsite 3 days per week.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, structured, and proactive business mindset.
• Experience in utilities or large-scale environments is a plus.
