Outbound Operator

The REAZN Group is the world's largest recycling expert for high-quality, custom-made, primary zinc alloys. We employ 130 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide. REAZN recycles valuable waste materials to supply the industry with zinc alloys that are up to 97.5% less CO₂-intensive compared to primary zinc producers. As part of the loading team, you are the last point of control before the finished products are delivered to customers. You are responsible for checking the quality of products and preparing them for loading. You ensure that orders are carried out in accordance with customer requirements. You will work in collaboration with the team leader and the loading team.

• Perform finishing and quality checks on the various products: jumbos and ingots.
• Grind the surfaces of the jumbos with a disc grinder and scrape them with a chisel. Weigh and mark them
• Putting on pallets, adding covers and blowing ingots
• Checking ingot thicknesses and sequences, checking labels and specific strapping (special customer)
• Strapping, weighing, marking and encoding ingots from the "small chain".
• Prepare orders according to customer specifications
• Monitor the day's schedule and report any anomalies
• Store unused goods
• Keep the working environment clean
• Eventually, load trucks

• Logical, organised and able to manage priorities
• Good memory
• Reactive and self-controlled
• Accurate, observant and attentive
• Dynamic and in very good physical condition
• Experience with a forklift truck
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch and English
• Comfortable using a computer, tablet and scanner
