About The Role As a Bilingual Financial Wellness Expert, you will provide compassionate, non-judgmental financial counseling to clients through phone-based services. This Role May Be a Good Fit If You Are Interested In: Working remotely from a home office Providing client support via phone, chat, and email Personal finance and financial education Obtaining HUD and National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) certifications Learn about The HUD Exam Continuous learning and skill development Working scheduled shifts reliably and consistently Position Requirements Compensation: $16 per hour Full-time availability (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts) Ability to work remotely from a designated home workspace Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training Certifications are not required to apply but are required to continue employment Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Work Schedule (Eastern Time) Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: Biweekly rotational shift required All work hours are based on Eastern Time. Candidates must be able to work this schedule regardless of their local time zone.
