The Veteran: a senior sales professional looking to stay commercially active on their own terms. The €50K retainer is structured for 2–3 days per week. Results matter, not hours.
The Entrepreneur: an ambitious seller who wants to own a national market and build something from the ground up, without the bureaucracy of a large company. The commission is uncapped. The ambition should be too.

While our competitors are being acquired and cutting local teams, we are doing the opposite. We invest in local people, local relationships, and local language support. This role is central to that strategy.
THE ROLE
We are looking for our first person on the ground in Belgium. You will own and grow QuestionPro's presence in the Belgian market, starting with a small existing book of business (~€45K ARR) and building from there.

GROWTH PATH
You will start as an individual contributor. As the Belgian market grows, you will have the opportunity to help hire and mentor additional sellers — moving from market builder to market leader.
