About the Opportunity

Our client is a high-tech software product company delivering a patent-based hybrid graph analytical platform. Their solution is trusted by government departments, intelligence agencies, and top Fortune 500 companies to combat money laundering, fraud, human trafficking, terrorism, and organised crime. This is a rare opportunity to drive the global expansion of a fast-growing Palantir-alternative in one of the most dynamic analytics markets today.

The Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior PR Manager to lead and scale public relations and strategic communications across Europe (priority), the US, and Canada. This is not a typical PR role — we need a strategic professional who deeply understands business objectives and can define targeted approaches to achieve them.

You will build visibility and narrative across two strategic segments:

• Public Sector B2G (Priority 1): Law enforcement, intelligence, and defence
• Commercial B2B (Priority 2): Financial crime and banking

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Positioning

• Define and execute a PR strategy aligned directly with Go-To-Market priorities for government and banking sectors.
• Architect consistent product narratives that translate complex AI and graph analytics into clear, value-driven business messaging.
• Shift from tactical coordination to strategic ownership — defining target audiences, key messaging, and distribution strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel on Public Affairs and capitalise on high-impact opportunities as they arise.

Media & Analyst Relations

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier business, technology, and vertical-specific media (Finance, Security, Defence, Data).
• Oversee production of press releases, executive interviews, bylined articles, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Drive analyst and influencer visibility in close collaboration with Product Marketing and executive leadership.

Agency & Executive Management

• Select, onboard, and lead regional PR agencies, ensuring they exceed rigorous KPIs and deliver high-calibre results.
• Coach and prepare senior leadership for high-stakes media engagements, keynote presentations, and strategic events.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations within an IT/software vendor environment (agency-only experience will not be considered).
• Proven ability to align PR activities with business objectives and strategic positioning — not just tactical process management.
• Market expertise in B2G sectors: Law Enforcement, Defence, or Intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex technology (AI, analytics) into compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience operating across both European and North American markets.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
