What you’ll do

• Identify opportunities and advise life insurers, investment firms, and banks across Europe on solutions built using the Quantessence platform.
• Help tailor proposals to the specific needs of each client and their distribution channels.
• Contribute to product and client strategy.

What you bring

• Background in financial markets sales in investment banking, asset management, or long-term savings solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and derivatives.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach.

Your background

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential. Native or near-native proficiency in German or French is strongly preferred..
• Willingness to travel frequently within the EU and to our London and Prague offices.

Location & flexibility

The role is based in Brussels. We offer hybrid working and support commuting or relocation from nearby countries. We're open to flexible arrangements that support a healthy work-life balance.
