Project Manager (AI + Life Sciences)

We are looking for an experienced Life Sciences Project Manager to support a strategic innovation program focused on advancing AI-enabled drug discovery and development.

In this role, you will ensure effective project governance, operational excellence, and structured execution across multidisciplinary research and technology teams. You will combine strong project management expertise with scientific insight to drive progress, manage risks, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain structured documentation, risk tracking, and reporting processes
• Monitor progress and escalate issues to ensure timely execution
• Support program planning, roadmap development, and prioritization
• Conduct targeted scientific and technical research to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate collaboration across research, clinical, and digital teams

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or related discipline
• 3–5 years of project management experience within healthcare or life sciences R&D
• Demonstrated research skills (in academic or industrial setting) within the life-science or drug discovery domain
• Strong AI based applications exposure
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience working in interdisciplinary environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
