Are you passionate about enabling success in complex, multi-disciplinary projects? Our client is actively looking for a Project Manager to support resource allocation , where you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations across high-impact initiatives.

Your Mission

Support Project Leaders and Resource Managers in running projects and ensure seamless operational follow-up of both new and ongoing multi-disciplinary initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support project leaders and resource managers in managing multi-disciplinary projects across teams including design, characterization, processing, and application experts.
• Monitor and drive all intake procedures for new projects.
• Track the status of key running projects and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely execution.
• Act as a driving force within the LEAN Project Management Office and collaborate closely with project leaders, resource managers, and PMOs.
• Assist resource managers with operational resource management as a core member of the Resource Management Office.
• Ensure quality and security aspects of running projects are tracked and followed up effectively.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits. Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and senior management.

Required knowledge and skills

• You have a degree in Materials/Electronics Engineering, chemistry, physics, Nano-science/nano-technology or another related field
• You are independent and proactive, while being part of a diverse team
• You can detect problems and excellent in communication.
• You are result-driven, flexible to meet stringent deadlines with quality output.
• You have experience in managing projects and project writing and dealing complex projects
