ASIC test engineer

We are Hiring: Experienced ASIC Test Engineer (5+ Years)

Your Role

As an ASIC Test Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between our global clients and trusted test partners. You will be responsible for the full test solution lifecycle — from planning and setup to characterization, qualification, and volume production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and plan the various phases of the project.
• Set up ASIC test solutions in cooperation with the test house.
• Coordinate the prototype-to-production ramp-up with the customer, including ASIC characterization and qualification.
• Organize volume production and propose cost optimization strategies, including yield improvement, multi-site test solutions, and packaging alternatives.

What We are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ASIC testing.
• Solid understanding of ASIC qualification processes such as HTOL, HAST, TC, ESD, and LU.
• Strong background in project-based work.
• Proactive mindset with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
