Business Analyst

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Hong Kong SAR, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and acting as a communication bridge between various stakeholders. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and support the development of strategies to meet organizational goals. The role also includes creating detailed documentation and supporting project implementation to deliver business value.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
Expertise in Business Analysis, emphasizing process improvement and the ability to define and streamline workflows.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and managing Business Processes and Business Requirements.
Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in the technology or software testing sector will be an advantage.
