Operations Manager

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, coordinating projects, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves analyzing data to improve workflows and recommending strategic improvements.
Qualifications
Operational management skills, including workflow optimization and project coordination
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with software testing, QA practices, and automation tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience in working in a hybrid work environment is an advantage
