Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Hong Kong SAR, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Success Manager will focus on day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with community members, and addressing client inquiries. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer retention, analyzing feedback to enhance the user experience, and acting as a liaison between the community and the organization to ensure continued engagement and success. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to effectively address and resolve client concerns and inquiries Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster long-term connections and enhance community loyalty Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret feedback, identify trends, and contribute to service improvements Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse community members and stakeholders Familiarity with quality assurance concepts and experience in customer-facing roles are advantageous Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
