As Advisory Technology Consulting grows, our ambition is to grow in our Microsoft BizApps practice. We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Manager to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management . You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise, a hands-on approach, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Your impact

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations , from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.
• Advising stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
• Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.
• Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
• Configuring and customizing D365 Finance modules (Accounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).
• Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.
• Providing leadership and coaching to junior consultants.
• Ensuring solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and project methodology.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.

About you

• You have minimum 8 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance.
• You have a strong Finance functional knowledge.
• You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
• You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.
• You have experience working with Power Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.
• You have excellent communication skills; able to engage with C-level stakeholders and end users.
• You have strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
• You are fluent in English (and Dutch or French is a must).
