HR Business Partner .

About the Role

Own the full payroll cycle and HR administration for approximately 70 employees — accurate, on time, every time. Be the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers on salaries, benefits, leave, and social legislation.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a competitive, future-fit reward package — exploring innovative forms of compensation and benefits.
• Manage international mobility in collaboration with our external partner: Single permits and special tax regimes for international hires relocating to Belgium.
• Support for Belgian employees working abroad.
• Partner with the Global HR Leader to drive end-to-end people processes: talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead recruitment end-to-end — from employer branding (in collaboration with our communications team) to offer acceptance — attracting the right people for today and tomorrow.
• Champion a high-performance culture through a continuous feedback cycle, from goal-setting to year-end reviews, built on open communication and mutual trust.
• Identify learning & development needs and co-create programmes that strengthen individuals, teams, and the organisation.
• Play a key role in sustaining and evolving the companies acknowledged strengths: organisational culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with solid first experience in payroll and a strong grasp of Belgian social and labour legislation.

Required Skills

• A true HR generalist by nature — you love understanding how the dots connect and how hard and soft HR processes impact each other.
• Digitally savvy and curious — you explore new technologies to make HR smarter and more efficient.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• A proactive self-starter — well-organised, impact-driven, hands-on and energised by continuous improvement.
• You know the best workplaces are built on both hard work and having fun.
