The role will manage the delivery of analytics on campaigns, customer behavior and channel distribution performance, provide high quality insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders across different business units to optimize business growth and identify opportunities for improvement. Explore and deploy new techniques for MI and data visualization to enhance existing campaign management, execution and automation processes. Job responsibilities: Perform thorough analysis of customer and distribution channel data to uncover opportunities for business growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure the seamless integration of analytics for timely, insight-driven decision-making in business projects. Transform business questions into actionable analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making Deliver data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future initiatives. Monitor marketing campaign performance across various channels to identify trends and areas for improvement. Take the lead to explore new techniques to improve existing campaign management, execution and automation. Lead the development of campaign-related dashboards to provide post campaign insight and customer and agent behavioral analysis for future planning. Develop a comprehensive and efficient framework for end-to-end business analytics and data visualization. Work closely with the IT department to ensure the security, scalability, and integration of data solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and IT to ensure the successful application and continuous improvement of data models and analytics tools. Explore the availability, access, transform, and use of structured and unstructured data for channel analytics purposes. Develop channel analytics data foundation and enable behavioral analytics deliverables to business units. Develop advanced analytics/Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift the effectiveness of analytics and modelling riding on (i) supervised/unsupervised Machine Learning techniques and (ii) unstructured data e.g. digital footprint. Job requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science, Decision Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Marketing Analytics or Statistics Minimum 10 years of working experience in data analytics, with a minimum 8 years of experience in insurance industry Hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables / projects in Financial Services Industry Knowledge in data infrastructure and experience in project/vendor management Solid experience in Python & SQL is a must Hands-on experience in segmentation / advanced analytics Experience in machine learning and predictive modelling would be a plus Proven experience in driving analytics strategy and business results Ability to build strong stakeholders' relationships through thorough understanding of business requirements and the ability to analyze issues to find effective solutions Ability to lead and drive the assigned tasks from end to end from initial discussion to delivery Strategic thinking, able to work independently and paired with strong focus on execution Proficiency in preparing presentations and effectively articulating information to senior management Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal skills and a good team player Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
