Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role involves defining technical architecture, ensuring integration between systems, and guiding development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design:
Define end-to-end technical architecture for ERP solutions, including SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP) and non-SAP systems, cloud and non-cloud.
Integration & Interfaces:
Design and govern integration patterns for SAP and non-SAP applications (APIs, middleware, flat files).
Oversee data migration and interface strategies.
Technical Leadership: Lead by example
Provide guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Security & Compliance: Security by design
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Innovation & Optimization:
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for ERP landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of legacy and modern SAP technologies and applications (S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO, CPI, GRC, )
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cloud strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Integration Tools:
Expertise in middleware (SAP PI/PO, CPI, GW, etc.) and API management.
Programming & Scripting:
Familiarity with ABAP and eventual other languages like Bash, Python, Java.

Communication skills:
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Clear documentation and presentation skills.
Leadership skills
Guiding teams without direct authority.
Sharing best practices and architectural principles.
Collaboration skils:
Working across departments (developers, business analysts, project managers).
Building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking:
Aligning architecture decisions with long-term business goals.

Certifications (Preferred):
SAP Certified Technology Architect or similar.
