At Prothya Biosolutions, we are looking for a strategic and people-oriented Manager Business Solutions to lead our IT business development and solution implementation efforts. This is a key leadership role within our IT department, reporting directly to Dennis Donohue (VP IT), and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our digital landscape in a dynamic biotech environment.

🔍 Your role:

• Lead and coach the Business Solutions team, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Develop and manage a strategic IT project roadmap (1–5 years), including budgets and priorities.
• Define and optimize our application landscape (SaaS, platforms, tools) in line with industry standards.
• Oversee budget control, risk management, and change initiatives across IT projects.
• Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation in a regulated (pharma) environment.

🎯 Your profile:

• University degree + certification in PMI, SCRUM, or Prince2
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project and team management
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with pharma standards, platforms, and best-in-class applications
• Financial awareness and a collaborative mindset
