Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Professional Development), the appointee will be responsible for the following:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Professional Development Division;
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data input, handling hotline enquiries and correspondences, formatting documents, scanning, printing, posting and maintaining up-to-date databases and records;
Assist the Division in preparing various documents, presentation materials, regular reports and statistics for the implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme;
Assist the Division in analysing property management data to support the property industry in aligning with Government Policies;
Manage the Division's meeting schedule, support the logistics for CPD seminars/ activities, and provide administrative support for Professional Development Committee meetings; and
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
Experience in governmental departments/ statutory bodies / authorities is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organised, strong attention to detail and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of advanced Excel functions and VBA is an asset; and
Proficient in Chinese word processing.
A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
