🔵 Junior PMO Officer – Core Banking Transformation (Permanent role)

We are looking for a Junior PMO Officer to support the delivery of a major core banking transformation program at the heart of a leading international banking environment.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional delivery teams.


🚀 Your role

As a Junior PMO Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth orchestration and governance of a complex, multi-stream transformation program.

You will:

  • Support coordination and delivery governance across multiple interconnected workstreams
  • Facilitate meetings and decision forums (agenda setting, documentation, follow-up)
  • Assist in stakeholder communication towards local and group leadership
  • Maintain a consolidated overview of risks, issues and dependencies
  • Support budget follow-up and financial tracking
  • Coordinate portfolio and program governance activities
  • Support risk management and mitigation tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of program team members
  • Contribute to performance tracking and escalation follow-up


You will work directly with the PMO Lead and closely with delivery leads and stakeholders across the organisation.


🎯 What we’re looking for

This is a demanding and high-responsibility role requiring ownership, structure and a strong operational mindset.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field
  • Has a first experience or internship in PMO, project management or coordination
  • Has a strong interest in governance, planning and program delivery
  • Is highly organised, structured and detail-oriented
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with different stakeholders
  • Shows proactive ownership and a strong willingness to learn
  • Can handle pressure, complexity and fast-changing priorities
