VACANCY: Technical Lead / AI Application Builder (with a Co-Founder Mindset)

Build a high-impact AI platform from the ground up

We are currently developing a
next-generation AI-driven platform

that brings multiple intelligent technologies together into one powerful application — combining
commercial scalability with real impact

The project is now entering a
critical early-stage build phase

one strong technical leader

— someone who doesn't just code, but
co-creates, co-decides and co-builds

Your Role

You will be the
technical backbone

of the project. While the founder focuses on
vision, strategy, partnerships and funding

, you will
design and build the actual platform

In the next stage, you will have your own team.

This is not a \"delivery\" role — this is
true collaboration

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building the
  core AI application
• Making key
  technical decisions

(stack, architecture, scalability)
- Developing
proof-of-concepts

and scaling them into production
- Integrating
AI capabilities

(analysis, matching, automation, intelligent workflows)
- Actively shaping
UX, user flows and system efficiency
- Gradually evolving the product into a
production-ready platform
- In a later phase: helping build and guide a
technical team

You'll have
full ownership

Technical Profile

We're not looking for a \"know-everything\" developer — we're looking for a
strong builder with architectural insight

Core skills (must-have)

• Solid foundation in
  web development

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, performance & structure)
- Experience with
modern frontend frameworks

(React, or similar)
- Backend logic &
API development

, TypeScript, Python or comparable)
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of
AI integrations
- (LLM APIs, data flows, automation pipelines — tooling is open for discussion)
- Knowledge of
databases & data modeling
- Mobile-first

• Experience with
