We're looking for an Associate Lawyer in Corporate & Commercial Law to start in September 2026. 

Your impact 

As an Associate Lawyer in Corporate & Commercial Law, you will: 

• Help national and international clients set up and reshape their corporate structures and commercial activities (including drafting of a wide variety of commercial contracts). 

• Assist national and international clients in Mergers & Acquisitions — you will be involved in all stages of the deal cycle including legal due diligence, legal structuring of transactions and contract drafting and negotiations.  

• Work on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters for companies, nonprofits, and government organisations. 

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams both internally within PwC Legal (with e.g. real estate and labour law colleagues) as well as with tax and finance experts of PwC — giving you a unique opportunity to learn beyond just legal matters. 

• Join international teams on cross-border projects, gaining valuable global experience. 

About you 

• You have a master's degree in law, specialising in corporate law or with an additional corporate law degree. 

• You're graduating this academic year or have up to two years of experience. 

• You're a real team player with great communication skills. 

• You can work well under pressure. 

• You're client-oriented, analytical, and have strong writing skills. 

• You're motivated, dynamic, and can work both independently and in a team. 

• You're familiar with the use of AI. 

• You're fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
