About the Role
As a Head of Growth / Growth Marketeer at Predikt, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the tools, channels, and tactics that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. From outbound campaigns to digital ads, you’ll set up, run, and scale growth experiments that bring Predikt’s value proposition to market.
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with a technical mindset: an operator who knows HubSpot inside out, masters outbound and GTM automation tools (like Clay and Baseloop), and can confidently run campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms. You're constantly curious about which tools can add real value and how we can optimize our go-to-market process to unlock growth. This is not a product marketing role — it’s about building a repeatable growth machine from the ground up.
