My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.

Due to their growth, they’re now hiring an Account Manager focusing on farming.

What you’ll do :

  • Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end: onboarding, daily follow-up, problem solving and long-term relationship.
  • Act as the main point of contact and make sure clients get value, clarity and fast answers.
  • Lead client projects and implementations, coordinating internally until everything is delivered and adopted.
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and actively grow existing accounts.
  • Translate client needs into clear actions for product, ops and support teams.
  • Monitor usage, results and feedback to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • You have a first experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in HR.
  • You have a hunter mindset willing to develop.
  • You can speak fluently Dutch and English and Dutch. French would be an asset.
  • You thrive in autonomy, and love a smart, mission-driven team
  • Used to complex selling (4+ months) with high value (15k to 50k+ in ARR on average)
