Account Executive


My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.

Due to their growth, they’re now hiring two Account Executive to lead the corporate and SMB segment.

What you’ll do :

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle (from qualified lead to close) in the country
  • Work closely with SDR team
  • Highly account-based sales motion with strong inbound support
  • Full autonomy after onboarding : you will be evaluated on the business you are bringing, not your schedule

Who you are:

  • You have a first experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in HR.
  • You have a hunter mindset willing to develop.
  • You can speak fluently English and Dutch or French.
  • You thrive in autonomy, and love a smart, mission-driven team
  • Used to complex selling (4+ months) with high value (15k to 50k+ in ARR on average)
