About the Role – Admin & Warehouse Associate
As an Admin & Warehouse Associate, you support the backbone of our technical operations. You combine administrative precision with practical warehouse know-how. Your work ensures our technicians can operate smoothly and that damage cases and stock levels are accurately followed up.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Vilvoorde workshop, within a dynamic and growing team.

Your Responsibilities

Administrative Support & Damage Handling

• Process and follow up on damage claims (customer and internal)

• Ensure accurate data entry in the system

• Share relevant information with technicians, fleet managers, and administrative staff

• Register incoming deliveries and manage stock updates

• Contribute to process improvement and workflow clarity

Warehouse & Workshop Support

• Receive and check deliveries, place items in correct location

• Prepare materials, tools, and parts for technicians

• Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and workshop equipment

• Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and functional

Your Profile

• You are structured, accurate, and hands-on

• You're a clear communicator and enjoy supporting others

• You speak fluent French, have at least basic Dutch (English is a plus)

• You're physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

• You work well independently but also thrive in a team

• Full-time presence at our Vilvoorde workshop is required
