Full Stack Engineer

PolyPerception is an AI-first company with a mission of using AI to have an impact in the waste and recycling industry. We are looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building great products, wants to put themselves in our users' shoes and has an eye for good UX design. As we are still a small team, you will play a key role in building out the product and the company.

You will be working together with experienced engineers to:

• build the frontend of the product in React
• make improvements and implement new features across the full stack: frontend, backend, database, cloud services, etc.
• be responsible for the deployment of the solution to the cloud

Job Requirements:

• strong desire to understand the product and users
• affinity with good product design and UX
• self motivated and eager to learn
• strong programming skills
• experience with building front-ends in React
• experience with building APIs, preferably in Python
• experience with deployment to AWS
• experience with relational databases
• fluent in English
