Area Manager - Belgium

To consolidate our success and build a strong structure for controlling and managing our stores, we are looking for an Area Manager to join our team.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on mindset, as it comes at a time of rapid growth for the company and demands highly motivated individuals who embrace change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordinate Store Managers to ensure sales targets are met, and take action when needed
  • Ensure correct implementation of company guidelines regarding product quality, internal procedures, service levels, and store management
  • Analyze KPIs and implement any necessary improvement plans
  • Act as the point of contact between HQ and the stores under your responsibility
  • Train store staff and promote internal growth by fostering a culture of continuous feedback
  • Lead, develop, and motivate your store teams, enhancing your Managers’ skills
  • Monitor, improve, and maintain excellence in customer journey management, HACCP compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene in the stores
  • Oversee staff scheduling set by Store Managers and monitor labor cost
  • Maintain relationships with landlords and/or shopping center management
  • Provide the Headquarters with data and insights about the market situation, customer needs, and competitors’ activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as Store Manager and Area Manager (preferably in fast casual dining/fast food/food service)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work shifts and 6 days a week
  • Willingness to travel, including outside of assigned territory
  • Fliuent level of English and French
