🚀 Senior Business Analyst – Pharma/Biotech (Supply Chain Focus)

Long‑term Contract / Competitive Day Rate / Remote–Hybrid

Are you a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in pharma/biotech supply chains? Ready to partner closely with business and IT teams to drive impactful process and system improvements? This role could be your next big move.

We’re supporting a global biotech organisation undergoing exciting transformation and they’re looking for a confident, delivery‑focused BA with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

🔍 What You’ll Bring

✔ 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in pharma/biotech

✔ 5+ years’ project management exposure (follow‑ups, timelines, governance, communication)

✔ Hands‑on experience supporting Supply Chain teams across commercial manufacturing, E2E processes

✔ Background in biologics and outsourced manufacturing models

✔ Experience collaborating with IT teams on large, complex programmes — while sitting firmly on the business side

✔ Strong ERP systems knowledge — ideally Oracle (others welcome: SAP, Netsuite, etc.)

✔ Experience from big pharma or consulting strongly preferred

📌 What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in shaping and enabling supply chain transformation, including:

• Deeply understanding business processes and recommending effective, scalable solutions

• Contributing to roadmap planning and prioritisation

• Gathering business and data requirements via interviews, workshops, prototyping, analysis and more

• Challenging and shaping business requirements to deliver true value

• Translating conceptual ideas into clear, detailed functional requirements

• Partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritise needs

• Facilitating alignment and resolving competing priorities

• Creating business cases, scope documents and process flows

• Supporting solution development, testing and deployment

• Leading and participating in UAT

• Documenting current vs future state processes and identifying automation opportunities

• Acting as the bridge between the business and providers

• Managing small projects and performing core PM tasks (planning, follow‑up, reporting)
