Material Planner

Supply Chain / Materials Support – SAP PP (Pharma | French-speaking)

Location - Brussels region - on site for the first couple of months

Contract duration - 6 months with a possibility for extension

We are currently supporting a pharma company who are looking for a talented professional to join them within its supply chain team. This is a hands-on, operational role, focused on keeping daily activities running smoothly in a GMP-regulated environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier complaints and deviations (creation, follow-up, documentation)
• Track incoming materials and ensure timely receivability
• Work closely with QA, QC and Production to resolve documentation or delivery issues
• Handle urgencies (reorders, last-minute needs, stock constraints)
• Support stock management and material availability using SAP
• Contribute to small improvement initiatives once autonomous

✅ Required Profile

• Experience in supply chain, materials, logistics or operations
• SAP experience is essential, with priority on PP (Production Planning)
• WM knowledge is a strong asset
• Experience in a pharma / GMP environment
• (highly regulated industries such as automotive or agri-food also considered)
• Fluent French is mandatory (site is 100% French-speaking)
• Comfortable with daily operational tasks and repetitive activities

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with incoming processes / goods receipt
• Supplier complaints or deviation management
• Good Excel and general IT skills
• Exposure to SOURCE or similar complaints tools
• Basic English for written communication with suppliers
