Warehouse Supervisor

One of our most exciting clients are looking for a Team Leader to join our Distribution Centre. In this role, you will oversee the operational processing of outgoing goods, efficiently guide your team’s activities, and ensure coordination with other teams within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources for order planning, warehouse operations, leave arrangements, and temporary staff requests.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to incidents, implement solutions, and coordinate major interventions when necessary.
• Maintain clear information flow within the team and with other departments.
• Participate in projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
