The Role

As Agentic AI Solutions & Business Translator, you’ll design and deliver agentic and multi-agent AI systems across domains like Discovery, Development, and Commercial.

You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and engineering solutions, translating strategic objectives into actionable technical specifications and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture business objectives and convert them into technical roadmaps.
• Define and design multi-agent AI workflows using platforms like Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Integrate third-party AI components into robust, production-ready systems.
• Partner across engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in AI engineering, data science, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cloud AI stacks (Azure, AWS)
• Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Open-source frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with agentic and multi-agent architectures (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science (advanced AI/ML specialization is a plus).
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or technical product roles.
• Biotech/pharma experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
