Join Our Team as a Clinical Trial Associate!

Are you passionate about clinical research and ready to make an impact on global health? We’re looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to provide operational support for clinical studies and help deliver high-quality results within planned timelines.

What you’ll do:

• Support Clinical Project Managers in managing Trial Master Files (TMF) and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Liaise with CROs and internal teams to ensure compliance and resolve queries quickly.
• Assist with study setup, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive efficiencies and implement new technologies across clinical trials.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in clinical development.
• 1+ year of experience in clinical research or trial documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
