Project Engineer

We are seeking a French-speaking Project Engineer to lead and support capital investment (CAPEX) projects across our pharmaceutical facilities. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in both English- and French-speaking environments, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical execution of CAPEX projects, including facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
• Liaise with French-speaking stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and effective communication
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards
• Prepare and review technical documentation (URS, design specs, validation protocols) in both English and French
• Support commissioning, qualification, and handover of systems and equipment
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, KPIs, and financials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field)
• Proven experience in CAPEX project management within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of GMP, validation, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
