Project Engineer

Senior Project Engineer – Industrial Process Improvement

Seeking a skilled project engineer to lead multiple CAPEX and process improvement initiatives aimed at boosting plant efficiency, product quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning to execution (CHF 0.2M–2M)
• Define scope, research technologies, oversee engineering and budgeting
• Supervise contractors, control costs, ensure safety and quality
• Document outcomes and train relevant teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive process optimization

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical/Electromechanical)
• 5–10 years of project management experience
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Based near Verviers preferred; hybrid work available after onboarding
