Customer Service Support - 12 month contract - Global Leader in the pharmaceutical industry

Planet Pharma is currently working with a global leader in the radiopharmaceutical space who are looking for a Customer Service Support to join the company in their Mechelen office in Belgium.

This role will be working across many different functions in the business, supporting the BeNeLux commercial team, sales team, marketing team, backing up the regulatory affairs team and helping the country assistant. As part of this role you will also be responsible for:

• Supporting the Benelux Commercial Team on all activities related to Pricing, Contract and Tenders/Offers.
• Supporting the commercial organization and ensure smooth implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
• Frequent interactions with Customer Services, Finance and Supply Chain are also required.

This is a really exciting role to be part of a global company but work as part of a close-knit team offering support to the business.

For this position, our client is looking for someone who:

• Has some customer service/sales support experience
• Speaks fluent French, English and Dutch

Ideally you will have a keenness to join the pharmaceutical/scientific industry and you will want to kick-start your career in this field.
