Sales Manager – Belgium
Overview
As Sales Manager for Belgium, you will drive the growth of our market presence and play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships. You will focus on solutions in the field of energy monitoring and management, including cloud-based platforms and related hardware such as data loggers, gateways, meters, and load balancing devices. You combine a technical understanding of our solutions with commercial acumen to translate customer needs into tailored offers and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new customers and partners within the energy market.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with installers, service providers, and energy companies.
• Inspire and motivate partners to adopt and promote our solutions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Translate customer requirements into practical, technically sound solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the market.
Profile
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role in energy transition and SaaS solutions.
• Technical background (electrical engineering, building technology, or similar).
• Proven track record in developing new customer and partner networks.
• Experience with long-term or recurring contract management is a plus.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative.
• Excellent relationship management and trust-building skills.
• Motivated by ambitious goals and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
