The role (what you'll actually do)

You'll help us grow through LinkedIn + outbound
. This is a hands-on execution role: research, outreach, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and content support.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn outbound (core)

  • Build targeted lead lists (branding/design agencies, founders, ops, PMs)
  • Send daily LinkedIn outreach using proven templates (with light personalization)
  • Run follow-ups (multiple touches, clean + consistent)
  • Qualify replies and book calls on the founder's calendar
  • Maintain a simple CRM/pipeline (Google Sheet/Airtable/HubSpot)

Content support (secondary)

  • Repurpose founder ideas into short LinkedIn posts (2–4/week)
  • Turn shipped work into proof snippets (short case-study bullets, screenshots, outcomes)
  • Track what performs and double down

Ops + reporting

  • Weekly reporting: messages sent, replies, booked calls, call show rate, wins/loss notes
  • Improve templates based on real replies (iteration is the job)

What \"success\" looks like (KPIs)

After a short ramp-up, you're aiming for:

  • 50 new leads/week
     added to pipeline
  • 150–250 outbound touches/week
     (messages + follow-ups)
  • 5–10 calls/week booked
  • Pipeline kept clean, updated daily

Requirements

  • Strong written English (short, clear, human)
  • Comfortable sending outbound every day (no \"waiting to feel ready\")
  • Organized: can manage a pipeline without losing track
  • Can learn fast, take feedback, and iterate
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn + B2B outreach is a plus (not required)

Nice to have

  • Interest in agencies, design, dev, startups
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Airtable/HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead
  • You've done outreach, lead gen, or content repurposing before

Working style

  • Remote, async-friendly
  • Weekly sync + daily execution
  • You'll get templates, examples, and a simple SOP — and you're expected to improve it.

Compensation

Internship with performance-based upside
:

  • Base (depending on profile) + 
    bonus per booked qualified call
  • Additional bonus per closed client (when we win)
